Suggestions

Rinse the enclosed eye cup with the solution before use. Fill the cup with the eye wash and hold it firmly against the eye. Tilt head back, open eye wide, and gently rock head side to side for thorough cleansing. Discard used solution do not reuse. Use up to 3 to 6 times daily as needed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
